How are you updating your Chapter/Council members of the new site? Group email, Newsletter, Facebook, Twitter? Share how you are letting people know and what is working best.
We use Constant Contact for chapter newsletters. That goes out once a month, nine months a year. We have a chapter blog that also contains the same content. That is linked to facebook and twitter so updates get published when the site is updated. We also have a person assigned to update facebook regularly.
We're just getting started, but we're using the Group page on TU.org for information sharing, as well as a Facebook and Instagram page. Once our email database is built we'll do a quarterly newsletter via email.
