The Blackhawk Chapter received its charter in 1984. With no home water to call its own,  the membership has concentrated stream improvement efforts in Green, Dane and Vernon counties with special efforts toward the Driftless Area. Over the past 30 years, the chapter has raised and donated over $250 thousand covering 50 plus projects. In addition, thousands of man hours of time have been unselfishly spent by our members in the supervision and completion of these projects.

Meetings are held on the first and third Mondays every month. Members and non members are encouraged and invited to attend to present their ideas and opinions. Our chapter newsletter contains details regarding time and location of the meetings.
